Terrible. I booked some flights in July 2020. They where cancelled due to the pandemic. Paid over $2000USD.
I was told I should have a refund after 30 days. The company have been telling me they're waiting for the airline to deposit the refund back into their account and then they will deposit to me.
2 years later I am still waiting for a refund.
I don't believe they will ever deposit the money back to me, as the flight company has confirmed that vayama has had my money in their account for 2 years now.

Major scam alert and I really hope that anyone reading these terrible reviews are not going to make the wrong decision of using this company that shouldve been shut down already.

I decided to ignore the bad reviews and assume people made mistakes, big mistake on my part... Booked tickets, paid money, no confirmation email, started to worry. Then a while later I get an email saying booking failed, now I have no plane tickets and no mone. Sitting here watching the bank hoping my 3grand comes back and hoping prices don't go up too much while I wait.

Vayama are crooks, I spent about €1065 from Zambia to Ireland. It's been 3 weeks and until now I haven't recieved any comfirmation, contact number or anything. Please dont buy from this agency they are scams and unreliable. Google should take this website down as they continue to scam people despite all the bad reviews.

They are not to be trusted , I requested to cancel my flights and could only contact them through online chat , The customer service Thomas said that he could help with the cancelation and i asked him what would my total cost and my total refund would be once i cancel . He said its $350 per ticket to cancel and my total refund would be $1200 . I told him to process the cancelation and refund the $1200 to my card , He did that and a few minutes later said the tickets were cancelled and my refund is $912 , asked him why its not $1200 like he said and he said he made a mistake and there was nothing he could do. After further conversation he just stopped talking and said he could not do anything even if he made a mistake , Anyway basically they do this all the time and scam people . Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company .

They took my booking along with the money and that was it. No confirmation, no boarding pass, no receipt... and ultimately no booking! They don't book anything, they just take your money. I'm now fighting to get my money back.

Vayama have not refunded me the payment for my 3 May 2020 Tokyo flights which were cancelled due to Covid now for over 2 years. I have continuously contacted them and provided them with the refund voucher numbers from Qatar Airlines, who themselves have been no assistance to me with this matter and would not allow me to use the vouchers to book another flight and pay the balance. I have booked with another airline and will never deal with an agency again. Vayama only give the same answer every time and state that it is being dealt with by their accounts department. It is obvious that Legal action is required. This is a disgrace and Skyscanner and all other airlines and agencies should not have any dealing ever again with Vayama. I have spent so much time working on this and will not let them away with keeping my money. It's obvious this will need to be passed to my solicitor. Vayama is placing an extremely bad image on all agencies who I am sure will lose a lot of business because of the disgusting manner in which I and others have been treated by Vayama travel agency. I advise everyone to deal directly with the airlines.

Booking process overall was fine, but then before I even got a confirmation I received an email saying they had to cancel my trip because the airline had given them the wrong availability for the price, which is fine and i got my money back in about 3 days so that was all fair. I need a cancellation invoice to expense this trip as it is a business trip, but they refuse to provide any documentation,, telling me to go to the airline (which I did but they can't do anything about it without a booking reference which is fair). Vayama fail to provide me a booking reference and insist on being unhelpful, unfriendly and plain useless. Avoid booking here because in case something goes wrong, they will not help a bit! AWFUL customer experience, and I am still waiting on more documentation to be able to expense this!!!!

I have no explanation how much this company very bad we was going to travel and thy lie is and say u can not travel because you have Russian and can not travel to there and we don’t have any problems but thy lie to us and way to speak was bad now we try to take our money back because we been in check in but thy refuse us now we try to contact them thy keep not answer

I was trying to book a ticket from Egypt to Cyprus, but they said payment failed and withdrew the money. Now the customer service are not answering the emails at all.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BUY TICKETS ITS A SCAM AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AFTERWARDS!!! My flight was rescheduled for one day after and Vayama never changed my tickets. We waited 5 hours at Dublin Airport and the staff and myself called absolutely everyone and they all said it was vayamas fault. We tried to call vayama in several countries and we could not get through. WE ARE GOING TO SUE. You may be tempted to book a flight by looking at the price but its not worth the risk because YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!
